Warranty and Return:
Merchandise purchased may be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt - provided the item is returned brand new and in the original packaging. Tags must not be removed. Used items will NOT be accepted. Return the goods with an approved RMA. If a refund is requested, please allow up to 7-10 days for the refund to be process once the return is received by our warehouse. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and postage. For exchanges, buyer is responsible for shipping cost both ways.
All items require a RMA number. Please message us directly on eBay or e-mail us directly to request a valid RMA number for your return. Any return without an RMA may be refused and returned to the buyer or it could delay the return process by 7-10 days.

This limited warranty does not apply to damages which may result from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, normal wear and tear, misuse of product and altercation or abuse of product. RJ Sports is the sole judge of any claim or warranty. RJ Sports disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors. Any third-party warranty is cancelled. RJ Sports has the right to return a returned item, if it is determined not related to a manufacturing defect.
Non-delivery:
Please report any items that have not been delivered within 7 days of estimated delivery date. It must be within 21 days of non-delivery within the USA. We will contact the shipper and issue a lost item claim, given we're contacted in time, and issue a replacement order or refund for the lost item
